How does a company work? What happens there exactly and what are the requirements to work here? How did the doers behind these companies gain the position they have today? There were answers to these and many more questions at the “Wochenend-Stipendium” (Weekend Bursary) organized by FollowYourTalent in Munich. Afterwards, there was a private guide to the agencies and film productions with the boss in person. The whole thing was embedded into a varied program with great film experiences, including a visit to Bavaria Film Studios.
For five participants, who were able to apply in the context of the 16th International Advertising Film Festival spotlight in March 2013 in Mannheim with a motivation report, the Foundation paid for travel, accommodation, meals, workshops and the whole framework program. Anyone interested in the media, advertising, and film industry could apply.
